How R.I.E. Came to Be
R.I.E. was shaped by years of working alongside some of the most accomplished event planners in the industry. Under their leadership, our founder learned that truly exceptional events are built on two things above all else: clear communication and an unwavering commitment to detail.
Those formative years instilled a standard we carry into every engagement. We don't just plan events — we craft experiences that stand out through perfection and beautification, where every element is considered and every moment is intentional.

Retressa founded R.I.E. after a decade in hospitality and event management across Pennsylvania,Maryland, and Savannah. She leads every client relationship personally and oversees the creative direction of each event.
Gaylord Thompson Jr.
Director of Operations
Gaylord Jr. brings 12 years of logistics and production experience to R.I.E. He manages vendor relationships, contracts, and day-of execution — the engine that keeps every event running flawlessly.
